Artist Biography
Lukas Maximilian Hüller was born 1969 in Vienna (Austria), works as independent photographer. Since 1995 and is represented by international galleries and art-dealers.1989 to 1995 studies in the at the international reputated „Ecole Nationale Superieure des Artsn Visuels de la Cambre“, Brussels, Belgium, masters of art / photography in 1995. The multi-disciplinary work of Lukas Maximilian Hüller found its roots in questioning time in photography, leading towards staged storytelling photography, installation and video. Projects mainly are questioning human, cultural, religious and political themes of actual societies. Influences of historic paintings, written communiqués and cooperations with other artists are relevant for the Hüllers work.
